Fees

Fees are due at the time of session and are payable by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover) or HSA/FSA card. Please note that I do not accept cash or checks.

Insurance

Fees must be paid at the time of session and cannot be billed directly to your insurance company. Although I am not contracted with any insurance companies, if you would like to submit your Out of Network therapy receipts to your insurance company I can provide you with a Superbill for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify me of any schedule changes as soon as possible either by phone or e-mail. Any sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged a $160 cancelation fee.
